- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been to the ER here and I've have to take both my 2 boys in, once each and i can honestly say that i have been extremely impressed. We live a couple hours away and our local hospital is a joke compared to Mountain View. The staff was amazing with my 10 year old when he sprained his wrist, they were so quick they had his x-rays done before I even had the paperwork finished. The DR and nurses were great with my 1 year old when he hurt his eye. They were very understanding and were extremely patient with him. Even giving him a little green teddy bear for being so brave. I was really impressed with how short our wait times were. I seriously think I've only spent maybe 5 minutes in the waiting area between all the times I've been there. The doctors were great, nurses and staff were very kind. When it came to billing I think this has been the most easiest hospital to deal with in that aspect. They are very understanding and the lady in billing was very helpful. I highly recommend and can honestly say even though we live so far away, if ever needed again it will be worth the drive.February 17, 2017by Lacijade Rasmussen
